With over 15 years of experience in the preschool sector, Rachna brings strong expertise in setting up, managing, and scaling high-quality early learning environments. She is highly conversant with the Reggio Emilia philosophy through extensive training in India and abroad and plays a key role in translating educational vision into structured, scalable processes. Rachna oversees end-to-end school operations, from pre-launch planning and regulatory readiness to team building and daily management. Known for her hands-on leadership, she mentors school heads and teams to consistently deliver high standards of care and learning. Her work reflects a balanced understanding of child-centric education and operational excellence, contributing to Vivero’s growth.

Barkha is an accomplished specialist in early learning. She has a keen eye for detail, a deep interest in designing and structuring processes, and over 30 years of experience in ensuring that children learn in an exciting, joyful, and safe environment. As the head of all official communication at Vivero, Barkha ensures the pre-school’s vision is clearly and effectively conveyed. She was sponsored by Vivero for leadership training in Singapore and Reggio Emilia, Italy. Barkha is an IOSH-certified safety expert and holds a Bachelor in Education, a Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education, and a post-graduate in Education Management form NMIMS.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management Studies and a Diploma in Early Childhood Education, enabling her to effectively bridge operational excellence with academic innovation. She has also completed a leadership training programme in Singapore, gaining valuable exposure to international best practices in education.
