Our Founders

At Vivero, we are led by pioneers who are deeply passionate about education and committed to nurturing the minds of the future. Our founders bring a wealth of experience and an unyielding dedication of creating transformative learning environments for young children. 

Dr. Arun Arora

Founder

A visionary leader with a career spanning over five decades, Dr. Arun Arora has been at the forefront of shaping India’s media and entertainment landscape. As the former President and Executive Director of Bennett, Coleman & Co. Ltd. (The Times Group), he played a pivotal role in launching iconic brands such as Sony Entertainment Television, Times Music, Planet M, and Zoom. With a stellar background that includes leadership roles like CEO of The Economic Times, CEO of Sony Entertainment Television, Chairman – United News of India and Vice-Chairman of Radio Mirchi, Dr. Arora has consistently pioneered innovation across industries.

A Harvard alumnus and Chemical Engineer, he now brings his expertise and passion to the education sector, serving on the boards of multiple organizations in education, media, and engineering. His visionary approach continues to inspire the creation of enriching learning environments at Vivero International.

Anshul Arora

Founder

Anshul Arora is a dynamic education entrepreneur, investor, and advisor with a global perspective. Before founding Edvance, he honed his expertise at McKinsey & Company, focusing on international development, management consulting, and start-up creation across continents.   

A graduate of Amherst College with a BA in Economics and an MBA from Harvard Business School (HBS), Anshul has created and facilitated educational programs at prestigious global forums, including ASU GSV, Holoon IQ, COBIS, IPSEF, IE Singapore and the World Innovation Summit for Education (WISE). His dedication to lifelong learning extends to leading initiatives for Harvard alumni in India where he has curated the education as well as impact series together with the HBS India Research Centre. 

Together, Dr. Arun Arora and Anshul Arora have shaped Vivero International into a place where education meets inspiration, fostering the next generation of global citizens with care, creativity and innovation.

Prashant Mathur
Senior Vice President

An MBA in Finance, Prashant has an experience of over a decade in business strategy, investment banking and corporate finance. He overseas Finance, HR, Legal, Administration and Procurement functions at Vivero. His past experience in diverse sectors like media and entertainment, hospitality, telecom and pharmaceuticals has enriched his perspective to contribute to the company’s growth.

Rakhi Singh
Senior Vice President

An accomplished early childhood educationist, Rakhi Singh is backed by a rich experience of over 20 years, of which she spent 10 years as the Principal. She oversees Operations and ensures that all schools are run efficiently. Her belief in an educational philosophy that respects children and encourages them to follow their interests, while pursuing their academic goals has continued to build a happy and warm learning environment at all our schools. With a post graduate degree in English followed by a degree in Early Childhood Education, participation in many IB workshops and a Vivero sponsored leadership training in Singapore and Italy has equipped her to strive to work towards staying on course to be always focussed on the Vivero Purpose.

Simran Kashmiri
Senior Vice President

Simran has an experience of over a decade in marketing & sales across industries. She holds a Master’s degree in Marketing Management. Her desire to make a difference in early childhood education in India led her to join Vivero. She has participated in a number of early childhood conferences & workshops. Well-being and learning of children in a warm and safe environment comes first to her while working for maximising enrolments across schools. She was sponsored by Vivero for leadership programmes at Singapore & Reggio Emilia in Italy.

Veenu Khandelwal
Senior Vice President

An accomplished Electronics Engineer with an MBA in Marketing, Veenu has over two decades of corporate experience. At Vivero, she drives projects, procurement, and technology initiatives with a focus on enhancing organizational effectiveness and innovation in education.

With a rich background in product management across IT, banking, and the commercial vehicles industry, Veenu has a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. She is deeply passionate about expanding Vivero’s footprint while ensuring exceptional educational experiences that inspire and nurture young minds.

Veenu’s vision and dedication make her an integral force in shaping the future of education at Vivero.

Barkha Gulani
Vice President (Quality Assurance)

Barkha is an accomplished specialist in early learning. She has a keen eye for detail, a deep interest in designing and structuring processes, and over 30 years of experience in ensuring that children learn in an exciting, joyful, and safe environment. As the head of all official communication at Vivero, Barkha ensures the pre-school’s vision is clearly and effectively conveyed. She was sponsored by Vivero for leadership training in Singapore and Reggio Emilia, Italy. Barkha is an IOSH-certified safety expert and holds a Bachelor in Education, a Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education, and a post-graduate in Education Management form NMIMS.
